Terms of Service
Please read these terms of service carefully before using Codapt's services.
1. Introduction
Welcome to Codapt ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using our code generation services, website, and related applications (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Codapt regarding your use of the Services. If you do not agree with these Terms, you may not access or use the Services.
We may modify these Terms at any time. If we make changes, we will provide notice by updating the date at the bottom of these Terms and by maintaining a current version of the Terms on our website. Your continued use of our Services after any such update constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.
2. Use of Services
Our Services provide AI-powered code generation for TypeScript, JavaScript, Python, and related technologies. You may use our Services only as permitted by these Terms and any applicable laws or regulations. You agree not to:
- Use the Services to generate, upload, or distribute any harmful, illegal, or offensive code or content;
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of our Services;
- Use the Services in any manner that could disable, overburden, damage, or impair the Services;
- Use any robot, spider, or other automated device to access the Services;

- Use the Services to infringe upon intellectual property rights or violate the privacy or other rights of third parties;
- Resell, lease, or otherwise make the Services available to third parties without our express written permission.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.
3. User Accounts
To access certain features of our Services, you may be required to create an account. When you create an account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
You agree to:
- Immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security;
- Ensure that you exit from your account at the end of each session when accessing the Services on a shared computer;
- Not share your account credentials with any third party;
- Be solely responsible for all code generated, modified, or deployed using your account.
We reserve the right to disable any user account at any time if, in our opinion, you have failed to comply with these Terms or if we believe your account is being used fraudulently or in an unauthorized manner.
